Who is the best looking this summer?

Who has the better tan?

I know:

Check the tan level of yourself and of your friends, then share the results on facebook by using this accurate and easy to use Tan Level Meter!

Surprise and impress all the girls on the beach showing them the tan level and immediately post the results on facebook... and by the way ask them the friendship ...

TanMeter for iPhone uses the internal camera to calculate in real-time the tan level. Showing it in a scale from 0 to 10:

0-4 : Under tanned, you skin tanned is whiter then the pale one (I want to se that!)

4-6 : On the way to tan, but still non sufficient

6-8 : Good tan

8-9: Very good tan

9-10: Super extra tan (I really want to see that!)

It is very easy to use: just point your iPhone camera to a part of the body with a well-marked tan line and TanMeter will calculate the tan level. Or use the palm of your hand as reference.

If you want, you can even post the picture of the tan line and the test result on Facebook... this will really surprise your friends...

And why do not organize a tan level competition between the girls of your beach ... but be careful ... you are responsible for the pictures you are posting on facebook!!!

Now the serious part:

TanMeter uses a sophisticated algorithm to calculate the skin tone difference between the pale and the tan part of the body. This means that the tan level is related to your own kind of skin.

You can use tanmeter to monitor the progresses of your summer tanning season, your sunbed sessions or just for fun.

The tan level could be wrongly calculated if the outside light is irregular: Check the level on a well-illuminated daylight without shadows on the skin area you are testing.

Not be frustrated if your best tan is not sufficient for you ... your skin has a limit.

Be aware that the sun can be dangerous and you must use the proper sunscreen for your skin. (Contact your doctor for skin check or tanning advise)
